Lieferzustand der Maschine Im professionellen Bereich gibt es zwei gängige Arten des Aufbaus.
- die Lieferung im Karton zur Selbstmontage für erfahrene Mechaniker.
- der fertig montierte Aufbau durch Fachpersonal bei dem die Maschine nähbereit justiert wird.
- Option Aufbau - die Maschine komplett aufgebaut eingestellt und auf einem stabilen Standgestell mit Tischplatte montiert geliefert wird.
BEDIENFELD – TASTENFUNKTIONEN
P (Parameter) -
• P + "+" gedrückt halten → Zugang zu Benutzerparametern (kein Passwort erforderlich)
• P + "–" gedrückt halten → Zugang zu Systemparametern (Passwort erforderlich)
S (Bestätigen) - Spreichern
• Alle Parameter bestätigen und speichern
+ (Hoch) -
• Wert erhöhen / durch Menü nach oben navigieren
– (Runter) -
• Wert verringern / durch Menü nach unten navigieren
LED Zeichen -
• 1x drücken: Anzeige "L on" → LED-Beleuchtung EIN
• Erneut drücken: Anzeige "L oFF" → LED-Beleuchtung AUS
Nadelposition Zeichen-
Button Nadelposition Zeichen drücken, danach (P - Parameter Button) drücken
• 1x drücken P: "up" → Nadel stoppt in oberer Position
• 2x drücken P: "dp" → Nadel stoppt in unterer Position
• 3x drücken P: "on" → Nadelposition ausgeschaltet ist.
PARAMETEREINSTELLUNGEN VORNEHMEN:
Motor-Drehrichtung von rechtslaufend auf linkslaufend ändern
- Strom einschalten
- Taste "P" gedrückt halten und mit der anderen Hand Taste "+" drücken → Anzeige: P-00
- Taste "+" erneut drücken → Anzeige: P-02 (Parameter für Motor-Drehrichtung)
- Taste "P" drücken → Anzeige: 1 (aktueller Wert)
- Taste "–" drücken → Wert von 1 auf 0 ändern
(1 = rechtslaufend, 0 = linkslaufend)
- Taste "S" drücken → Parameter speichern und Menü verlassen

P-01 - Maximaldrehzahl - 200–6500 U/min - (Werkseinstellung 4500)
P-02 - Drehrichtung - 0 = linkslaufend / 1 = rechtslaufend - (Werkseinstellung 1)
