NEW SERIE TEXi WALKER 6F is a new generation of “smart” industrial sewing machines for leather and super-heavy materials. This model is equipped with a double-feed mechanism of the material with the help of the bottom-feed and walking foot. Dual mechanism of feeding material is moved by the bottom-feed and walking foot, due to two driving mechanisms. Hook size increased by 30% to be able to work with thick thread. This model is perfect for sewing leather goods, car seats, upholstered furniture, bags, belts, military equipment.

The machine is equipped with a newest automatic foot lifting mechanism. Compressed air connection does not required. Productivity increases by 10% with automatic foot lifter.

The smooth start function allows for a smooth start of the stitch with a progressive increase sewing speed. Operator must activate the proper option on the control panel and set the number of initial stitches that will be performed at minimum engine speed. The number of stitches can be set from 1 to 50. Starting speed – from 200 to 1 500 stiches/min.

TEXI WALKER  6F is equipped with energy efficient built-in servo motor from Taiwanese
Ho-Hsing producer. Motor work is transmitted directly to the main shaft. Cooler significantly reduces the temperature of the motor and control unit.

Integrated panel

 TEXI WALKER  6F is equipped with an innovative control panel, which is conveniently located in the direct contact of the machine operator. That solution allows to change the parameters of sewing much easier.

LED light

Built-in LED-light is practically placed directly above the needle, providing excellent illumination of the entire working area of the machine. Available brightness adjustment of the lighting in two positions.

Built-In bobbin winder

 The device for winding is built into the head of the machine, allowing to carry out preparatory work on winding the thread on the bobbin as quickly as possible.
