Direkter Antrieb der Maschine ermöglicht, ohne Keilriemen zu arbeiten. AC Servo Motor arbeitet nur, wenn die Maschine näht, was größere Effizienz und schneller Einlauf ermöglicht. Im Vergleich zum Kupplungsmotor arbeitet er viel leiser und spart Energie.
